1. Send your file to print
Select File > Print in your chosen application.
This will automatically send your file to your default printer queue.
Remember:
- Once you send your file to one of these queues, you can print from any printer on campus
- Mono is black and white only
2. Find a printer
You can collect your prints from any one of the printers across the University. However, they will not be physically printed until you select Print on the printer itself.
Remember: There are a limited number of ‘A4 only’ printers. If you are printing in a size bigger than A4, check the label on the front of each printer which will note the machine type.
3. Log into the printer
Log into the printer by tapping your MMU ID card on the main screen.
Alternatively, you can log in manually by tapping any of the icons on the printer screen, then entering your MMU ID number and password.
Please note: if you have recently had a new ID card printed, it may take up to 24 hours to work with readers across campus. In the meantime, you will be able to log in manually.
