Sexuality is diverse and deeply personal. Understanding our sexuality is about the sexual feelings and attractions we feel towards other people, not about who we have sex with.
Sexuality and sexual identity are important aspects of who we are and how we relate to others. Thoughts and feelings around sexuality, sexual expression and sexual identity can sometimes be complex. Having the opportunity to explore these issues with somebody may help us to identify, and explore our own thoughts, feelings and preferences.
