MMU Fit - group personal training
Feel comfortable, exercise as a group, inspire each other and get that personal training experience without the hefty price tag.
We are now offering our four-week MMU Fit programme from as little as £6.
What are the benefits?

Mondays and Wednesdays: 5:15pm - 6:15pm
Location: Sugden Sports Centre
I cannot recommend MMU Fit highly enough. The classes are genuinely one of the favourite parts of my week. They're tough, but really fun, and I always feel amazing afterwards. Eugene, the instructor, runs the sessions really well; he's fun, full of energy and very knowledgeable. He does a great job of balancing strength, cardio and conditioning, it always feels varied and well planned. MMU Fit helps me to push myself much further than I would on my own.
