women’s only fitness classes
The fitness classes below run over four week blocks and are led by our fully qualified instructors. Each block costs £12 per person (£3 per session). At the end of the four weeks, you will be able to sign up again and continue with the same activity or move to a different one. Find out more about each class below.

Women’s Group PT
Sugden Sports Centre – Monday 5:00 – 6:00pm
This class is designed to empower all women and give you the support and knowledge you need to help you to feel confident in your body through the power of exercise. The weekly sessions will provide you with progressive exercises to feel happier, fitter and stronger.
Women who lift (Beginners)
Sugden Sports Centre - Wednesday 2:00 – 3:00pm
This class is for those who want to build confidence and learn more about the correct techniques when in the gym. Develop your overall fitness whilst progressing your knowledge of the range of exercises you can do with weights in the gym to help you feel more comfortable and get more out of your gym sessions.
Women who lift (Advanced)
Sugden Sports Centre - Wednesday 3:30 - 4:30pm
This class is for those who are already confident when it comes to weightlifting and are looking to progress understanding, skill and capabilities. Our qualified instructor will guide you through progressive workouts to enhance your fitness and weightlifting experiences.
