Amer is Director of  the Manchester Fuel Cell Innovation Centre at Manchester Met developing core partnerships with SMEs, researchers, industry and policy makers to advance hydrogen sector growth including the development of hydrogen and fuel cell related industry and employment. Amer also supports colleagues and departments across the University to embed green skills opportunities for students, including ‘every job  is a green job’ careers and employment fairs, key sector bodies and public engagement activities.
