Students have the opportunity to graduate with one of three awards: MSc, PgDip and PgCert.

The modules you will study explore different types of evaluation, economic methods, basic statistical techniques and managing data, all culminating in a final project relevant to your career goals where you will be supported to achieve real-world impact.
Face-to-face teaching takes place on campus in three or four short, intensive periods combined with regular lectures and seminars on-line throughout the academic year.

You will normally have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum classification of 2:2 or its international equivalent. Candidates will be considered if they can demonstrate satisfactory evidence of relevant postgraduate study, research or professional experience.
Full-time fee: £10,250 per year (MSc), £6,836 per year (PG Dip), £3,418 per year (PG Cert). Tuition fees will remain the same for each year of your course providing you complete it in the normal timeframe (no repeat years or breaks in study).
Part-time fee: £1709 per 30 credits studied per year. Tuition fees will remain the same for each year of your course providing you complete it in the normal timeframe (no repeat years or breaks in study).

A masters qualification typically comprises 180 credits, a PGDip 120 credits, a PGCert 60 credits, and an MFA 300 credits. Tuition fees will remain the same for each year of study provided the course is completed in the normal timeframe (no repeat years or breaks in study).
Optional estimate: £400
On commencing study on the MSc, students may wish to purchase a laptop, at an estimated cost of £400. For additional support, there are PCs on campus that are available for students to use, and there is also a scheme in the university that allows students to borrow laptops. For the purposes of drafting assignments and printing course reading materials (many of which are available electronically free of charge), students may wish to print certain materials. Assignments are submitted electronically, therefore there are no required/core printing costs attached to this course.
