It doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced player or have never played before, Active Campus is for everyone and all abilities.
Our friendly sport co-ordinators will be on hand to welcome you and guide you through the session.

If you’d like to play netball in a social but competitive environment then Campus Leagues are for you.
Compete against teams from Manchester Met, University of Manchester and University of Salford in our weekly netball Campus Leagues fixtures. They take place at Sugden Sports Centre on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Represent Manchester Metropolitan and join Netball.
Manchester Met Netball is a Spotlight Sport, with six teams playing in the BUCS league.
The teams are coached by Paige Kindred and train and play their home fixtures at a state-of-the-art double show-court facility at Platt Lane. Alongside this, the partnership between Manchester Thunder (four times Vitality Netball Superleague (VNSL) champions) and Manchester Met also shows the level of investment we have behind our netballers.
At the start of the academic year, the Netball team will have a trial process to determine which team you can play for.
