My profile
Research outputs
I have undertaken research in the area of perinatal mental health. In particular, I have looked at the assessment of parenting capacity of mothers with mental health needs.
I am also interested in the access of BME support workers to developmental opportunities. To this end I am collaborating in a research project to investigate barriers to further training and development for BME staff in a teaching hospital. I received a Mary Seacole Development Award towards the project.
