Academic and professional qualifications

Academic : I completed a first degree in Nursing at the University of Manchester, and MPH (Master of Public Health) at the University of Salford. I am currently undertaking Doctoral studies in the filed of Public Health.

Professional : I am a Registered General Nurse, Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - Health Visiting, Nurse prescriber (V100), and previously a registered midwife.

Practioner roles

My clinical background is in Haematology nursing, midwifery and health visiting and I maintain a contract as a health visitor at a Greater Manchester Trust.
