  • Determining the pathogenic mechanisms underpinning diseases such as atherosclerosis, vascular calcification, diabetes, Lupus and neurodegenerative lysosomal storage disorders.
  • Developing new therapeutic strategies to target disease including drug, gene and cell therapies.
  • Investigating cell trafficking and signalling across the vessel wall from the peripheral blood to the brain and other organs following haematopoietic stem cell transplant.
