- Cultural and cross-cultural Issues in psychology, incorporating ethnographic research methods and more quantitative cross-cultural research
- Historical issues and controversies relating to the study of cultural issues in psychology
- Cultural geography; place, space, urban landscapes, alternate psycho-geographical research methods for studying representations of places, spaces and so-called non-places
- Ethnography and sensory ethnography as a research method
- Ethnographic film and other visual methods (eg Participatory photography)
- In 2013 I attended the Filmmaking for Fieldwork short course at the Granada Centre for Visual
