Professor Carl Payton, sports biomechanist from Manchester Metropolitan University Institute of Sport and British Swimming, talks about his experience with the Paralympic swim team out in Japan.
In his first video diary, Prof Payton chats from the team’s training camp in Suzuka before they headed off to Tokyo ahead of the opening ceremony.
