Manchester Metropolitan rises 10th place in latest Uni Compare rankings
This rise highlights our commitment to excellence in education and offering students an outstanding university experience

Manchester Metropolitan has climbed 29 places to 10th in the latest Uni Compare rankings for 2025. 

The University has also been ranked 6th for course quality and achieved a ‘99% recommended’ rating from students based on data and written reviews. 

This rise highlights our commitment to excellence in education and offering students an outstanding university experience in the heart of Manchester. 

Uni Compare reviews pair category ratings with written reviews to give a thorough picture of students’ views. For each university, a score is then created that allows accurate weighting. 

For Manchester Metropolitan; course content, a strong faculty and mentorship, support systems and a dynamic and inclusive campus were all highlighted by students as strengths. The University also received average scores of 4.12/5 for Graduate Careers, 4.19/5 for Course Quality and 4.39/5 for Social Life.
