With cohorts starting in September and October, we have a range of degree apprenticeship programmes now available to apply for.

Our degree apprenticeship programmes 

We offer a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, from creative and digital technology and business, HR and management to health and social care and science.

Health and social care 
  • Chartered Manager in Health and Social Care for professionals based in or able to travel to Birmingham:  This two-year fast-track apprenticeship is integrated with the NHS Leadership Academy Mary Seacole Programme, offering practice-focused leadership training for experienced senior managers and leaders working within the healthcare industry. Creative and digital technology 
  • Digital Marketer: equips your workforce with the latest digital marketing expertise, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Data Analytics and Web Development Skills. 

  • Digital and Technology Solutions Professional: equips employees with extensive skills and knowledge in digital and technology fields, covering systems development, data analysis, cyber security, business organisation, IT project management, network infrastructures and more. 

Science 
  • Laboratory Scientist (Bioscience): upskills your workforce with essential technical skills and knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular biology, Genetics, Disease diagnostics, Environmental monitoring, cell biology and more. This programme is accredited by the Royal Society of Biology.  

Business, HR and management 
  • Senior People Professional: equips employees with the knowledge and skills to drive forward the strategic role of HR in their organisation and develop their ability to operate as successful senior people leaders.     

  • Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Apprenticeship: This Level 4 programme is one of six green apprenticeships awarded the Coronation Emblem for King Charles III. It teaches apprentices how to transform businesses into responsible, sustainable enterprises addressing climate emergency demands and promoting a just, fair, safe, and equal society. 

Thanks to the apprenticeship levy fund, large employers and SMEs can offer their employees the opportunity to undertake a fully or partially funded degree apprenticeship.
