At the Stockholm Criminology Symposium 2023, MCYS’s Dr Daniel Marshall chaired a panel titled ‘International and Comparative Explorations of Crime and Justice’. His presentation titled ‘Delivering Juvenile Justice: reflections on comparative research with practitioners in England/Wales and Japan’ explored cross-national themes in delivering juvenile justice in the two jurisdictions.
