Aim of the scholarship

We care deeply about sustainability, wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion on our MBA.

According to the latest General Management Admissions Council survey, only 40% of MBA candidates are women. In 2023, women comprised just 10% of chief executives of top US firms. Just 30% of those completing the 2024 AMBA graduate survey were female.

Yes, we know that UK organisations whose executive boards are at least one-third female are 10 times more profitable than those with all-male boards.

This scholarship aims to promote gender equality, one of the United Nations’ sustainable development goals. We want to enable and empower more women to progress in their careers, improve their leadership skills and show the world they mean business.
