We are committed to reducing the risk to students, staff and visitors with regards to food allergies and intolerances.

We apply strict control measures to reduce the risk of allergen cross-contamination, however, our kitchens do handle food containing all 14 major allergens. Each catering outlet has an allergen folder which can be referred to locate specific allergens for each product.

Our staff are trained in applying allergen cross-contamination control measures and can assist you in making safe food choices. Even though we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment, we aim to minimise the risk of exposure, encourage self-responsibility and plan for an effective response to possible emergencies.

All our menus are updated with allergen information daily and we encourage conversations with our staff should you need to discuss any specific requests or concerns.
