Lee Chambers profile image

Lee Chambers

Lee is the chief psychologist and founder of Essentialise and Male Allies UK. His diverse career has ranged from corporate finance to building a tech company. He now focuses on supporting organisations to embed and deliver effective wellbeing and inclusion. 

Lee holds the National Academy of Sciences Kavli Fellowship, Freedom of the City of London and the UN Women Changemaker Award. He sits on the CMI Women’s Board and is an ambassador for the UK Government’s Lilac Review for Disabled Entrepreneurship.

Adele Every

Adele is the managing director for the public sector at Cisco. Focused on enabling secure, next-generation government services, she leads teams working with complex ecosystems, supporting the digital transformation agenda. Before joining Cisco, she spent 17 years at Capgemini.

She works with academia, government, start-ups and large businesses to improve skills across communities.  She is a trustee for the National Centre for Universities and Business.

Laoise Flanagan

Laoise Flanagan

Laoise is a director at Deloitte with over 20 years’ experience. She leads the UK Education Sector team’s focus on organisational resilience and strategy, and the Private Growth team in North and South Europe. She also mentors a significant network across the business.

Laoise is a visiting professor at Manchester Met and chairs the Strategic International Advisory Group at the Business School.

Katie Gallagher, OBE

Katie runs two not-for-profit organisations, chairs the UK Tech Cluster Group and sits on the Digital Skills Council. She is an experienced founder and strategist with over 15 years’ of experience across start-ups, scale-ups, corporates, and public and private sector partnerships.

Silvia is a member of Accenture’s Global Talent and Organisation Executive Committee. She is also the Stuttgart Hub Lead and the Global Products Industry Talent and Organisation Lead.

For over two decades, she has held leadership roles in automotive, innovation and advisory.

Stephen Church

Stephen is EY’s Market Leader for the North of England, leading a 2000 strong team, supporting entrepreneurial businesses and large corporate and public sector entities. 

He brings 30 years of experience from working across multiple industry sectors. Stephen builds connections across leadership, sector and industry boundaries delivering digitally enabled transformation for clients with demanding change agendas.

Stevie Spring

Stevie Spring CBE has served on many public, private equity, membership and charity boards. Currently, she is chairman-elect of PRS for Music, the global music rights organisation.

She is also an independent non-executive director and chairman for the £11bn turnover Coop Group; a member of the Pladis global advisory board; an investor advisor to two tech companies; and chair of Mind, the mental health charity.

Stevie was named by GQ magazine as one of the UK’s 100 most connected women. She is on Debrett’s list of Britain’s 500 most influential people, and holds an honorary doctorate for services to business.
