Caroline Evers - MA, BA, PGC LTHE, FHEA, CMBE

Responsibilities
CMDA Lecturer and Post Graduate Professional Development and Internships Coordinator for the Strategy, Enterprise and Sustainability Department, Faculty of Business and Law. Member of the Strategy, Enterprise and Sustainability Department since September 2015.

Unit Leader:
- CMDA - Degree Apprenticeship Sales and Marketing Unit. 
- Developing Self and Others Unit for Health and Social Care Apprenticeships.

Current Projects
Currently developing a Strengths based, Post Graduate Professional Development Module aimed at MSc Management, MSc Management with Consultancy, MSc Management with Sustainability and MSc Entrepreneurship students. Supporting Masters students in securing internships and preparing them for their future careers.

*Currently studying for an MA in HE.

Marketing Consultant - marketing expert with demonstrated experience in corporate branding, targeting, communication and small business development. Networking expert and Owner of Busy Bee Networking since 2008 offering mentoring support, strategic direction and business connections for success to women running businesses around busy family lives.

Research Interests
Exploring the unique Needs and Challenges of Different categories of Degree Apprenticeship Students - Supporting Degree Apprenticeship Learners through Online Assessments - How to provide Authentic teaching, learning and assessment activities relating to the academic space and workspace i.e. authentic activities in the academic space that easily translate back to the workplace and fit with their experience and their stage of learning.
