Visit Manchester Met
UNIVERSITY VISITS
We welcome groups of sixth form and college students onto our campus to give them an opportunity to get a glimpse of student life at Manchester Met.
Our usual University Visit lasts around two hours and consists of:
- A welcome talk
- A campus tour guided by a Student Ambassador
- An opportunity to ask a student panel questions about university life

CHAT WITH CURRENT STUDENTS
Encourage your students to ask questions and chat with our current students online.
OPEN DAYS
Open days are a great way for students to find out what to expect when they progress to Higher Education and help form an important part of the decision-making process. We put together an extensive combination of talks, tours and activities for visitors so they can find out more about our courses and collect information about applying to university.

Visits to your sixth form or college
Our friendly Outreach team are able to attend Higher Education and Careers Fairs and deliver face-to-face or virtual talks and workshops on a range of IAG topics.

Teachers and Careers Advisers Conference

Outreach events we attend
Manchester Met regularly attend university fairs offered by providers such as UCAS and UK University Search. Plan a visit for your students to our exhibition stand to find out more about Manchester Met. Representatives from our outreach team will be on hand to answer questions about applications, courses and anything else your students want to know about university.
