New Medlock House (Private Partner)

New Medlock House is a modern block of self-catering flats close to the Faculty of Science and Engineering buildings and the city centre.

Each flat contains four or five study bedrooms, with a kitchen and open plan lounge/dining area. Each room has a comfy small double bed, desk and chair, plenty of storage and en-suite toilet and shower.

The building has brand-new spacious common areas opening in September 2022, including a pool table, yoga studio, karaoke room, multiple music rooms sofas and televisions. There’s also new study areas to help you work together or get some quiet study time to yourself. Outside, there’s a decked courtyard to enjoy in the warmer months.

Rent includes membership of the Unite Students gym at Piccadilly Point on Berry Street.
