My profile
Biography
I am a Lecturer in Law and joined Manchester Law School in August 2022. Prior to this appointment, I worked as a Lecturer in Law at the University of Lincoln and University of Sunderland and as a Tutor in Law at Durham Law School. I hold a PhD in Law from Durham University, an LLM in International Law from the University of Bristol and a second LLM in International and European Energy Law from Democritus University of Trace, Greece.
I am a Fellow of the HEA
Interests and expertise
My research interests lie in the fields of international human rights law, human rights defenders, social rights, public international law and constitutional law.
Teaching
I teach Principles of Constitutional Law, International Human Rights Law, International Criminal Law at undergraduate level and I am the Module Leader for International Human Rights Law and the Co - Unit Leader for International Criminal Law.
I am also the module leader for our Hong Kong GDL Public Law module.
I am the External Examiner for the TNE Programmes in Law at the University of East London.
Supervision
I am happy to supervise any research project within my area of expertise.
