What is LibKey Nomad?
LibKey Nomad is a browser extension which connects you with journal articles and other content that Manchester Met Library subscribes to. LibKey Nomad works with large databases like PubMed, Wikipedia and hundreds of other scholarly publisher websites.
How can I use it?
Download the browser extension and select “Manchester Metropolitan University Library (MMU)” as your connected Library. Now, when you search across different websites, you’ll see the LibKey Nomad logo pop up where articles and other content you’ve found is subscribed to by Manchester Met Library.
How will I know which articles are available using LibKey Nomad?
You’ll be able to see LibKey Nomad links wherever articles can be downloaded. On Wikipedia, for example, the reference list for articles will contain download links where LibKey Nomad has identified that the content is available through Manchester Met Library.
