Steve is the Director of Procurement at Manchester Metropolitan University, providing strategic oversight and leadership of all University’s procurement activities, including the integration of environmental, social and governance factors into processes and decision-making. Steve leads the Manchester Met Procurement Strategy, ensuring that sustainable procurement is a key aspect of the University’s procurement approach. Steve is integral in the development and implementation of Manchester Met’s scope 3 carbon emissions reduction plan towards net zero carbon by 2038, as related purchased goods and services.
