About the scheme
Mentor Me is our career mentoring programme. It matches professionals (mentors) with students (mentees), so they can benefit from more opportunities and support.
You can meet your mentee face-to-face, by telephone or online — whatever works best for you both.

There is no minimum time commitment — you will agree the level of contact time/engagement directly with your mentee
I gained a sense of giving something back and helping the students, as well as helping to shape the future for NHS Blood and Transplant and the wider NHS.
Who you’ll mentor
We only accept students who have demonstrated their commitment and motivation. Mentees are typically:

a second-year undergraduate

a postgraduate student or researcher
