The Union is an independent charity that represents the needs and views of Manchester Met students. Led by a team of elected student officers, The Union helps you get the most out of your time at university.

They offer free expert advice and create countless opportunities for you to meet new people and pursue your passions. You’ll automatically become a member when you enrol, and they’ll be there every step of the way to make sure you have an unforgettable university experience.

Got an existing hobby or fancy getting involved in something new? The Union offers over 130 sports clubs and societies – including football, faith groups, film, LGBTQ+ and Taylor Swift!

Whatever you’re into, there’s something for everyone.
