Key application dates for 2025
Applications open
Applications can be submitted through UCAS from 3 September 2024. You can start the application from 14 May.
Applications deadline
‘Equal consideration’ deadline for all UCAS undergraduate applications is 29 January 2025 at 6:00pm UK time. You may be able to apply after this deadline.
UCAS Extra opens
UCAS Extra opens on 26 February 2025. If you haven’t received an offer from any of your five choices, or if you’ve changed your mind about where you want to go, you can add an extra choice through UCAS Extra.
Accept your offer deadline
If you receive decisions from all your choices by 14 May, you have until 4 June to reply to any offers.
New applications deadline
Any new applications received after 30 June are entered into clearing.
UCAS Extra closes
UCAS Extra closes on 4 July 2025.
Clearing opens
Clearing opens on 5 July 2025 for courses which still have places.
