Consultancy and advisory roles

Managed and worked on a variety of consultancy roles that included product development, audits and food safety management systems. Trained individuals and company groups on HACCP and food safety, levels 2 to 4.

Worked on a range of projects to support food producing businesses. These included new product development, establishing systems and creating relevant paperwork.

Teaching

Teach short courses mainly on Food Safety, HACCP and an Introduction to Sensory Analysis
