Biography

Dr Naveed Ashraf has significant teaching experience in higher education, delivering a variety of undergraduate and post-graduate courses in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering. He has had over 20 years research experience in vehicle brakes and braking systems with a specific focus on noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) and braking instabilities. He is a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK). He has been an external examiner and course assessor at a number of universities in the UK.
