  • The role of “exercise as medicine” in population health, with an interest in surgical interventions, neuromuscular disorder and healthy ageing
  • The role of physical activity in surgical recovery and prevention of chronic disease
  • High Intensity and Sprint Interval Training as a novel and time efficient mode of exercise to improve health
