Research outputs
My research aligns with the Faculty of Science and Engineering AI, digital and cyber-physical systems Research Theme. I’m a member of the Computational Intelligence lab under the Machine Intelligence research group and Co-lead and member of the Data and artificial intelligence ethics research group. I lead the Special Interest Group in Computer Science and AI for Education.
My expertise is in two key areas: Artificial Intelligence in Education, particularly learner profiling, natural language tutoring and adaptive systems, and The Ethics of AI. I also work in the following areas:
