Background and aims
I’m interested in why people go to university (motivations), how they make decisions in relation to it (via ‘modes’ of reflexivity), and how this frames their experiences of being a student.
I will be taking a mixed-methods approach including a survey (to indicate patterns of reflexivity) and in-depth interviews (to explore how people’s life experiences shaped who they are and what education means to them).
