POA

There are three main ways to make your journal articles and conference papers open access (OA):

  • Gold open access

    • Outputs are immediately and freely available on the publisher’s website.
    • The publisher allows you to deposit the final published version, via Symplectic, in the University’s research repository e-space, where we will make it immediately available.
    • You will usually pay an Article Processing Charge (APC). The University has an Open Access Publishing Fund to support gold open access or all or part of the APC may be covered by one of our publishing agreements.
    • The author(s) own the copyright to all versions .
