If you have a conditional offer from us and you’re unsure about what to do, this guide will help.

Once you have your results, the first thing to do is to check UCAS Hub to see if your place has been confirmed. If your place is confirmed - congratulations, you’re coming to Manchester Met! You don’t need to call us, we’ll be in touch soon with details about what happens next. 

If you’re not sure whether your place has been confirmed, you can phone our friendly helpline on +44 (0)161 247 2931 from Thursday 15 August. Phone lines are open:

  • Thursday 15 August: 8:00am-8:00pm
  • Friday 16 August: 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Saturday 17 August: 10:00am-4:00pm
  • Monday 19 August onwards: 9:00am-4:00pm

When your place is confirmed

Once we confirm your place at Manchester Met, you’ll need to start planning for the start of term.

How to enrol

Enrolment opens a few days after A-Level results day. You’ll receive an email asking you to enrol online.

We’ll need to approve your photo and ID.

When you’ve enrolled online and your ID and photo have been approved, we’ll let Student Finance know so they can make any maintenance or grant payments.

Do you need student accommodation?

If you’ve booked student accommodation, we’ll email you.

If you still need to book a room, visit our accommodation pages.

Is your student finance in place?

If your personal details, course, or university have changed since you applied for student finance, you’ll need to change your details online.

If you have not applied for financial support yet, you need to do so as soon as possible. Visit Apply online for student finance
