Confirmation

During Confirmation, universities make final decisions on the conditional offers made to applicants earlier in the year.

If you have received a conditional offer from us, and are unsure what to do on results day, use this guide to help you.

Once you have your results, the first thing to do is to check UCAS Hub to see if your place has been confirmed. If you’re not sure whether your place has been confirmed, you can phone our friendly Confirmation helpline on +44 (0)161 247 2931 from Thursday 17 August.

  • Thursday 17 August: 8:00am — 8:00pm
  • Friday 18 August: 8:00am — 6:00pm
  • Saturday 19 August: 10:00am — 4:00pm
  • Monday 21 August onwards: 9:00am — 4:00pm
