My profile

Biography

My interest in philosophy stemmed from an experience I had which led me to question how existence is meaningful if God does not exist. This led in turn to an interest in nihilism and my research has reflected this through my engagement with Schopenhauer, Nietzsche and Heidegger. My research has also sparked an insterest in the history of philosophy and the importance of coming to terms with the past as a way of trying to understand the present and anticipate the future.
