Let us guide you through the application process to join the International College.
Application process and how to accept your offer
Once our admissions team has received your application, including all the required documentation, we will make an assessment against the entry criteria and may provide you with an offer letter.
How the application process works

1. Submit an application
You can submit and track the status of your application on our student portal or through one of our contracted educational representatives or agents. It is important that you provide up-to-date contact information so you can receive updates and more information about your application. When preparing your documents please make sure to provide copies of your academic and English qualifications and a valid passport.

2. Wait to receive your offer
There are two types of offer letters you can receive.
Conditional
If you receive a conditional offer letter, please provide our admissions team with the relevant documents stated on the offer letter, to meet the requirements.
Unconditional
If you receive an unconditional offer – congratulations. Please complete the acceptance form and return it to us. You will also need to pay your tuition fee deposit as stated in your offer letter.

3. Accept your offer
Congratulations on your offer to study at the International College.
Once you have received an unconditional offer letter, you need to complete and return the acceptance forms attached to your offer.

4. Pay the tuition fee deposit
In order to fully accept your offer, you must pay your deposit as stated in your offer pack. Payments are made through our payment portal. Find out more about how to pay your fees. Please ensure you include your student ID in the payment reference.

5. Receive your CAS letter
Once we have received payment, we will issue your Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) letter for visa purposes.

6. Submit your student route visa application
When you have received your CAS statement you can submit your Student visa application. Please keep us updated on the outcome of your application.

7. Book your accommodation
We have a range of accommodation to suit your needs. Take time to thoroughly research available options and book in advance to avoid disappointment.

8. Registration and enrolment
Registration and enrolment take place face-to-face. Once you have received your visa and booked your accommodation, you need to book your flights at least one week before registration. We will send you detailed registration information so that you can plan ahead of time.

9. Bring your documents for registration
We need physical copies of your passport, entry clearance vignette, BRP letter and accommodation contract so make sure you have them all with you when you arrive. If you are missing any of these documents, please contact us. We will guide you through registration and all the steps you need to complete to officially become a student at the International College. We are looking forward to welcoming you.
