How to book accommodation
A step-by-step guide to booking your university accommodation.
Bookings open to firm offer holders
On Monday 3 March, bookings will open for firm offer holders. You’ll be emailed a link to access the portal from 10am. The system will send these emails in batches throughout the day due to the number of applicants. We’re unable to speed up this process, so please keep an eye out for your email.
Accommodation information for returning students
On Wednesday 5 March, accommodation options and information will be sent to returning students who are currently living with us.
Accommodation guarantee and cancellation deadline
Wednesday 18 June is the last date to be eligible for the Accommodation Guarantee and the last day to cancel without penalty if you no longer wish to live in our owned or leased accommodation.
Last day to cancel without penalty
Thursday 31 July is the last day to cancel without penalty if you no longer wish to live in our owned or leased accommodation
A Level results day
Thursday 14 August is A Level results day and the start of Clearing.
Last day to cancel without penalty if you no longer wish to attend the university
Sunday 31 August is the last day to cancel your accommodation, without penalty, if you no longer wish to attend the University.
Move-in weekend
The move-in weekend will take place between Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September.
