OPENSME is our fully funded online learning platform for small to medium enterprises (SMEs). It will equip you with key skills for running and growing your business.
We offer learning modules and support based on common challenges and pain points you may experience in your business, including staff effectiveness and cost control. The four main learning themes are:

- markets and models
- people
With OPENSME, you can fit your learning and development around your own schedule using the virtual learning environment.
You can also stay up to date with the latest insights and advice by listening to the OPENSME podcast. Podcast hosts and guests include business experts from Manchester Met and our partner universities, discussing a range of relevant topics.

OPENSME is free for you to use. It’s paid for by Greater Manchester Combined Authority and The Growth Company.
