How you can volunteer
There are plenty of ways to get involved, whether you’re a new recruit or industry leader. You can choose options that suit your circumstances — from a few hours to a longer-term commitment.
You could:
- See all upcoming volunteering opportunities
- share your story in writing or on video to inspire students and other graduates or pass on valuable career advice
- speak at a careers event with other alumni, giving current students your insights and personal career tips
- mentor or coach a student — help increase their confidence and skills, either face-to-face or online, and make a lasting difference to their life
- offer a paid work placement or job, if you are an employer. Good work experience can really help a new graduate launch their career
- become an international alumni ambassador and play an active part in our worldwide network, supporting students and alumni and promoting the University
